Back pain affects many of us - 1 in 3 adults in the UK at some point will experience back pain, whether it be in the neck and shoulders, middle or lower back or sacroilliac. This workshop will explore how a simple yoga practice can help alleviate many back pain issues by releasing tightness and tension areas surrounding the spine, strengthening key supporting muscles and helping you become more aware of how posture, activity and breathing affects your spinal health.
No experiance of yoga is necessary. This workshop is suitable for anyone with back pain as well as yoga practitioners, teachers and therapists.
Space is limited to 8 persons only.
Workshop begins 9.30am until 11.30am
Cost for the workshop is £25 per person.
