Spring Yoga and Brunch at Kilkenny Barn

Join me for a morning of yoga, relaxation and meditation followed by a delicious seasonal and nutritious brunch 

With the Spring Equinox marking the official start of the new season a few days before our morning together, I look forward to welcoming you to this Spring Yoga and Brunch.

We will harness the rising energies of the season with yoga poses, breathing practices and meditation to help balance our energy levels. Our yoga practice will help shift sluggish prana, help energy levels soar, finishing in a deeply restorative pose followed by a guided meditation.

Body and mind will feel revitalised, energised, and also calm at a time that can be over stimulated with the increase in daylight hours and the bursting forth of nature around us!

Enjoy a drink and energy nibble before a 2-hour yoga, relaxation and meditation class followed by a delicious healthy and nutritious brunch.
Kilkenny Barn is the most beautiful place surrounded by the rolling Cotswold countryside and the spring flowers will be in abundance.

How to book on this workshop:

Cost for the Spring Yoga and Brunch is £60pp.

This includes a 2 hour yoga practice to help restore and revitalise your body and mind. Everyone is welcome and the yoga is for everyone – whatever your ability or age.

We will then enjoy 2 course brunch with ingredients sourced locally and with a focus on health and nourishment to leave you feeling energised and replete.

Your place on this event will only be confirmed once payment is received.

If you are unable to attend, please let me know and if I have someone who is waiting for a place, I will be able to refund your monies. If you cancel within 4 days of the start of the event, your payment is non refundable.

From the A40 and Burford direction:

Take the 4425 signposted Aldsworth and continue along that road passing Aldsworth. Continue until you come to a cross roads signposted Eastington and Northleach. Turn right into this road and continue on until you see signs for ‘ Slow Children and Horses’ Kilkenny Barn is about 1 mile along this road on your right. Turn into the entrance and park next to the stables/sheds on the right. The barn is opposite.
