| £650Early Summer Long Weekend Retreat West Lexham Norfolk 1st – 4th June 2023
Enjoy a long weekend (3 nights) of yoga at the award-winning eco-friendly paradise that is West Lexham. A beautiful 22-acre estate in the Norfolk countryside that will be our home for a blissful 3 days of yoga, organic food, wild swimming and time to explore this extraordinary and inspirational place.
West Lexham is run on 90% renewables and organic principles and is host to a wide variety of wildlife. The original farm buildings have been thoughtful and creatively renovated to ensure a very special space that is perfect for us to unwind and relax for the weekend.

The accommodation
Your accommodation for the weekend is a luxury ensuite room – Twin/Double share. Linen, towels, organic soap and body wash are included. Please bring your own towel if you would like to wild swim.
Please note that if you are coming on your own and wish to have a twin share room, I will try and find you a room mate! However, if there is not another single person who wishes to share, you will need to pay for single occupancy. Thank you for your understanding.
All the rooms are accessed from a beautiful courtyard and there is a large kitchen, dining area and lounge for us to take our meals in and plenty of space to relax.
New for 2023: Tree house accomodation. West Lexham has 2 beautiful wooden tree cabins which are being offered to my group for an additional cost per person ( see below). Each tree house has a double bed, own linen and towels, log stove and are dog friendly. Owl Tree Temple has an ensuite and Tinker Tree House shares a communal wash house which has luxury hot showers and toilet facilities.
The Barn is also a pet friendly space and so if you would like to bring your dog please do so ( additional cost £35 payable at the end of your weekend). However, please ensure that your dog is under control and you respect that some guests may not be so used to your beloved pooch!
The food
For those who have been on Jane’s retreats before, you know that the food is a particularly important part of your weekend. Your meals are based on Ayurveda principles to nourish and energise us throughout your weekend. All food is vegetarian and many of the ingrediants are grown in the vegetable gardens at West Lexham. Your allergy requirements can be easily catered for.
The breakfast in the morning is very much a light meal, to set the day lightly for classes to follow.
Tea and coffee and minted water will be available for you to help yourself throughout the weekend.
We will enjoy two courses at lunch and dinner prepared by Julia. Your meals will be healthy, nutritious and you will not be going hungry!
The yoga
Everybody is welcome on Jane’s retreats -whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi. Yoga is a practice that connects you to your body and breath like no other practice and Jane’s classes encourage you to respect and honour your body. She adapts the poses and breathing to ensure you are kept safe, comfortable and able to feel that connection – whatever your ability. Classes allow you to choose the pace and variations on the poses that enable you to practice at your own level of ability. There is no wrong way to practice a pose….a pose that frees up tension, gives you space in your body, encourages you to connect with your breath and helps you feel energised and calm at the same time – that is when your yoga practice is right for you.
The weekend will offer a mixture of different classes teaching breathing practices, dynamic and slow Vinyasa flow, Iyengar inspired yoga, yin inspired yoga, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and guided meditations.
You can attend when and how many classes you wish! After all…this is your weekend to unwind, stretch, move, breath and relax.
