Early Spring Yoga and Brunch at Kilkenny Barn

Saturday 8th March 2025 9.30am – 12 noon

Join me for a morning of yoga, breathing, relaxation and meditation followed by a delicious seasonal and nutritious brunch 

This yoga and brunch workshop will encourage us to welcome the transition from the colder and darker days of winter into the new beginnings of an early Spring.

We will begin our morning with some energising pranayama ( yogic breathing) practices followed by some yoga poses to help us cleanse and renew our bodies. Your practice will help release stale tensions and ideas to encourage new energy to flow through both your physical body and also clearing your mind of all those cobwebs!

You will then be invited to sit or lie in guided meditation breath and then a deep restorative Yoga Nidra practice will bring the yoga to a close.

After the yoga you will be offered a delicious healthy and nutritious brunch prepared by my wonderful talented friend Clare.

Kilkenny Barn is the most beautiful place surrounded by the rolling Cotswold countryside.

Cost for the Spring Yoga and Brunch is £75pp.

From the A40 and Burford direction:

Take the 4425 signposted Aldsworth and continue along that road passing Aldsworth. Continue until you come to a cross roads signposted Eastington and Northleach. Turn right into this road and continue on until you see signs for ‘ Slow Children and Horses’ Kilkenny Barn is about 1 mile along this road on your right. Turn into the entrance and park next to the stables/sheds on the right. The barn is opposite.
