Spring Yoga Weekend Cornwall
25th-28th April 2024
This retreat is now full

Join Jane for a weekend retreat in North Cornwall April 2024.
Returning to the beautiful north coast of Cornwall for the 4th year, this is one of my favourite places for a weekend of yoga, good food, breathtaking views and chance to relax in this tucked away farmhouse.
Enjoy a variety of yoga classes suitable for all age and abilities.
The Venue

Carodoc of Tregardock
Caradoc is surrounded by a working family farm whose 250 acres stretch out towards and along the coastal path. Having never had any kind of agrochemical treatment and always been kept as natural pasture, the fields attract a wide variety of wild life while the hedgerows and banks are carpeted with wild flowers in the Spring.
The venue itself is a collection of grade II listed and converted farm buildings set around a grassy courtyard. Terraces and gardens provide incredible views over the beautiful Cornish coastline. There is plenty of space to rest, relax or read, and meals are served at the oak table in the kitchen.
Situated a few miles north of Port Isaac and a similar distance south of Tintagel, Carodoc is a short walk through the pathway edged with wild flowers to the South West path and is a haven for walkers who want to explore a remote and dramatic section of the South West Coast path. Head south past Port Gaverne and its inn to the well known fishing harbour of Port Isaac and on to Port Quin, the Rumps and Polzeath. North lies the beautiful tidal beach of Trebarwith Strand, Tintagel and, eventually, Boscastle.
Your accomodation is a comfortable double or twin bedded room (a few are available for single occupancy) each with their own bathroom. There are plenty of cosy sofas to relax in and treaments are also available (at an additional cost) during your weekend.
We will practice our yoga in a separate yoga space adjacent to the house. As on all of Jane’s retreats, the yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities – everyone is welcome whether you are an experienced yogi or a complete beginner. Jane is a senior yoga teacher with over 18 years’ experience and a qualified yoga therapist (for more information please see the ‘About Jane’ section of this website. Practices are adapted by Jane to suit your body respecting any issues or concerns you have.
This is an opportunity for you to unwind, relax, enjoy yoga breathing techniques and practice a wide range of yoga poses and meditations in a peaceful, calm and totally secluded environment.

Your retreat starts on the Thursday evening with a relaxing yoga class to help you unwind after your journey to Caradoc.
Early on the Friday and Saturday morning, Jane will lead you through a gentle stretch and breathing class to wake the body. After a short break there will be a morning practice of a more dynamic nature matching movement with breath and allowing us to drop into a deeper knowledge of ourselves – harmonising the breath, the mind and the body to achieve a sense of balance, vitality and ease.
The late afternoon sessions will be a mellower, soothing and nurturing practice, delving into areas such as yin yoga, restorative practices and Yoga Nidra.
